230 Oxide Street, Broken Hill NSW 2880

Broken Hill is historically famous for the number of pubs that grace it’s street corners and now is your opportunity to take an old pub building and make it your home or next project. The Old Vic has not traded for many years as a pub and has also been a B & B and a private residence in a past life. With an enormous L shaped floor plan you would expect of an old pub, there is plenty of living space, kitchen with room for meals, approx. 10 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (two of which are ensuites). The Freehold allotment is approx. 1390m2, is well fenced and private, with garage and heaps of room to develop to suit your lifestyle.
