Exquisitely crafted with a focus on sublime aesthetics and high-end liveability, this brand-new four-bedroom, four-bathroom luxury home is enviably positioned in a beachside Brighton East cul-de-sac, in walking distance to both Bay Street and Church Street shops and stations.
Designed to offer the utmost in family functionality, the impressive scale and uncompromised fit-out is introduced in the light-filled entry hall, where curved-edge custom timber joinery defines a mud/study/storage nook. An elegant travertine sconce, illuminating a Venetian-plastered wall, sets the tone for the refined organic-inspired materials palette incorporated throughout. Engineered oak flooring flows through to the main open plan living and entertaining area, via a guest bedroom suite, a bespoke under-stair wine cellar, and a luxe powder room. A curvaceous marble island bench heads the AEG-equipped gourmet kitchen while walnut veneer cabinetry conceals an integrated Fisher & Paykel fridge/freezer and adds definition to a built-in bar/buffet area. Stretched along a Venetian-plastered wall, a marble plinth anchors the living zone and full height glass sliding doors, fitted with linen sheers open to a broad full-length alfresco deck that steps down to a lush lawn area edged with magnolia trees.
A custom timber staircase leads to the equally impressive upper level with a light-filled second living area. Zoned at the front of the home, the sun-drenched main bedroom suite, with skylit fitted walk-in robe and luxe ensuite has full-height windows offering far-reaching treetop neighbourhood views including city skyline glimpses. There is a second bedroom with shower ensuite and the fourth bedroom is adjacent to the main bathroom with freestanding tub and bath spout plus separate walk-in shower. Each of the four bathrooms, plus powder, are beautifully tiled, with stone benchtops/vanities and high-end bath ware including Villeroy & Boch brushed nickel tapware. Additional standouts include a luxe laundry with external access, a double garage with internal entry, an abundance of storage cabinetry throughout, reverse cycle central heating and cooling (App controlled), security system, and video intercom.
This outstanding family-friendly neighbourhood is central to Brighton’s most coveted lifestyle amenities. It’s within easy walking distance to Bay Street shops, cafes, restaurants and cinema, North Brighton Station, Brighton Primary School, Brighton Grammar, and Firbank Grammar schools. Church Street boutiques, station, Golden Mile beaches and the Bay Trail are also close by.
