Set atop of the iconic Lynton apartments on Brighton’s illustrious Golden Mile, this divine Art Deco residence has been enriched with designer details. An architect’s own home where beautifully updated spaces frame sweeping views of the bay and beyond, while prestige finishes take beachside living to a new level.
Cornering the top floor of this gracious group in a private, garden setting just metres to the foreshore, Middle Brighton Pier, Yacht Club and Brighton Baths, this blue chip location is all about lifestyle. Watch the sun rise and set while enjoying the generous proportions of the era and every modern comfort. Separate lounge (open fireplace) and dining rooms flow from a grand entry with rich polished floorboards, boxed windows and high decorative ceilings highlighted.
Contemporary oak panelling, recessed LED lighting and custom cabinetry define kitchen and laundry zones with high style and functionality. Caesarstone benches and splashbacks complement premium Bosch appliances (4-burner gas cooktop, oven and integrated dishwasher). Water vistas extend to a glass-enclosed bar area facing west, providing a spectacular spot to watch the sun dip beyond the horizon while sipping coffee or cocktails.
Both bedrooms look across the treetops to the sea, the spacious master boasts a wall of built-in robes. The third bedroom or large dining room offers the appealing option to work from home. The bathroom unites 1920s grace with designer luxe contrasting the original terrazzo flooring and sunken bath with feature Italian tiles, floating stone vanity and brushed nickel tapware. A separate WC continues the theme.
Climate controlled with ducted heating throughout, and air conditioned living and bedrooms. Secure intercom, front and rear access with a single garage entered via Sandown Street. With the beach in your backyard, grand communal gardens in your front yard and Brighton’s best schools, restaurants and shops within a walk, this period beauty guarantees blue chip living.
