Mix business with pleasure in a prominent Brighton Beach position and secure your place in the sun. Separately titled, capitalise on a street-level shopfront and upper-level office showcasing panoramic views of Port Phillip Bay in a boutique group of speciality businesses. Or take your future to new heights with plans and permits for a luxurious multi-floor apartment spectacularly sitting atop the premises.
This is a rare opportunity to realise your dream of truly ‘working from home’ in a stunning beachside setting, or invest in a blue chip blend of retail and residential with the promise of exceptional upside. Imagine opening your very own business or enjoying rental income with a plan to transform the existing office space into a breathtaking new home, creating the ultimate three-storey property just steps to the water’s edge. Both properties are currently leased, enjoy an immediate return, with flexibility to exercise your options.
Both floors command breathtaking views, and handy shower bathroom to rinse off after a dip in the bay. The current layout features a ground floor shop with a stylish fit-out, while upstairs boasts rear access to one car space as well as an outdoor terrace capturing an ever-changing backdrop of sparkling seas and sunset skies. It’s easy to visualise a contemporary new dwelling designed to maximise this scenic outlook from every aspect including indoor-outdoor living and entertaining, and top-floor, two-bedroom accommodation.
Sitting alongside vibrant cafes including the French Patisserie, Bliss, on the edge of Brighton Beach Walk, this is the location of a lifetime. With historic Brighton Beach Station and city-bound train within metres, and Brighton Cricket Club and oval, and the sandy waterfront of Brighton Beach across the road, this prime location offers all the requisites of an exclusive beachside lifestyle. Don’t miss the chance to make your mark on a tightly held group, and reap the long term rewards.
