Stunning 180º valley and bushland vistas2.249ha in sought after Brigadoon EstateAn electric gate secures the entrance to the winding driveway leading to the home which is poised perfectly to allow uninterrupted 180 degree views from many aspects. Nestled amongst easy care gardens and feature rock formations, the residence, whilst very attractive, is deliberately unassuming so as to not detract from the beauty of the natural environment.
Enter the home to find classic contemporary decor and soaring ceilings. Timber-look laminate flooring features throughout much of the home and is a warm complement to the cool neutral tones. The design of the home sees the master suite well-separated from the minor bedrooms by the central open plan living area, allowing peace and privacy for parents. And why wouldn't you want to retreat to this luxurious space for some rest and relaxation as it is complete with a walk in robe and a stunning ensuite bathroom with double vanity and free standing bath tub. It also has direct access via glass sliding doors out to a private deck which would be the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee.
The remaining bedrooms are also generous in size and share the use of a family bathroom, also with bath tub and separate powder room. There is also a beautifully fitted laundry with plenty of storage.
The open plan living and dining area is overlooked by a gorgeous chefs kitchen which enjoys the most stunning views, meaning even washing the dishes will not be a chore in this kitchen! But why wash anything when you have a choice of 2 dishwashers? One is integrated into the kitchen and the other handily located in the adjoining scullery. Quality appliances and finishes, including an induction cook top, large oven and stone bench tops, will impress the fussiest of home chefs. But let's face it, although this a home of great beauty, it is really all about that spectacular view! Slide open the glass doors and pick from one of the many vantage spots on the decked al fresco areas to relax and take in the views over the National Park which stretches as far as the eye can see. A built in BBQ will get a great work out over the summer as you become increasingly popular with envious friends who want to share your piece of paradise! Lock the gates!!Set well away from the home is a shed which would be perfect for the home handyman as it is complete with off-grid power courtesy of solar panels, a wind turbine and a 12kW battery storage system. There is also secure parking for two vehicles if required.
