Attention all those wonderful home buyers out there. I am a grand old character home situated in the heart of the beautiful town of Boyup Brook.
When you come to check me out, upon arrival you will be amazed at the size of my two-door garage which has a concrete floor and is fully powered. The best is yet come. Once you reach the steps of my extraordinarily wide and old fashioned verandah, which, incidentally, stretches around three sides of me, you will feel like you need go no further, but, I can assure you, your conscience will draw you through my front door.

These floorboards follow through to the left-hand side into my master bedroom which is vast and features exquisite glass French doors leading onto my verandah.
Moving through the lounge room you will enter my kitchen/living/dining area. My windows here are extensive and fill the area with light which gives me a bright and open feel. My feature fireplace in my lounge is double sided into my kitchen/breakfast bar area. I also have a wood fire here for you to keep you toasty warm in the winter months.
While I am telling you about this area, before I move on with the rest of me, I do also have a handy double bedroom off to the left of my kitchen.
Now I can move to the rear of my kitchen where you will find another bedroom (Queen sized) and a reasonably sized office. My bathroom comprises a bath with a shower, vanity unit and WC. I have a spacious laundry with door entry into my backyard.
