Step inside this architecturally crafted masterpiece by renowned designer Frank Macchia, and you'll discover a home that feels like a quiet revelation on the prime waterfront of Booker Bay. Bold from the street, its striking form gives way to calm and serenity the moment you enter. The home offers impressive scale and complete privacy, with light filled spaces that flow effortlessly to the stunning water's edge. But beyond aesthetics, this residence was designed to be practical. A focus on sustainability is woven into every detail from passive solar design and cross-flow ventilation to sustainable energy-efficient systems. Complete with a jetty on a deep waterfront, direct access to Brisbane Waters, and a spectacular outlook across to Bouddi National Park, this is a home that honours the environment as much as it enhances everyday living. This is not just a house, it's a retreat, a statement, and a sanctuary. With the ability to accommodate a large vessel and positioned on one of the region's most pristine and prized waterways, it's an exceptional offering for boating enthusiasts.

KEY DETAILS:
A strong example of a custom contemporary waterfront house — the dark, monolithic cladding, bold geometric massing and corner glazing make it clearly architect-led and visually memorabl e on the foreshore. It has high build and material quality and very good indoor–outdoor integration, but no historical significance and it stops short of being an iconic or award-winning composition.
