533 Nimbin Road, Blakebrook NSW 2480

Perfect starter for someone who has mates in the trade! This solid timber home is being offered for sale after generation hand downs and is now ready to be transformed. Affected by the 2022 March weather event, this property has been stripped inside to the ceiling, being 3 bedroom, it gives someone the opportunity to change the floor plan around to suit. Solid timber floors throughout with cement flooring in the bathroom. Downstairs has an abundance of storage area along with a single lock up garage and carport to the side. Outside there are 2 large cement water tanks along with a septic system and trenches. The house block is fenced, and you could also fence the rear boundary to hold a horse or house cow. There is a 7.6m x 4.6m lock up shed with roller door and cement flooring. The roof solar system is still in place but will need a new inverter. A solar HWS is also in place and NBN was also connected. 2 x air conditioner units are still inside and were not water affected however the motors were submerged. A mould clearance certificate has also been issued for the house. For your private inspection please call Gary on 0438868627.
