An architectural masterstroke of indoor-outdoor interaction, this bespoke residence presents a form as bold as it is subdued in its luxury, leveraging key environmental influences in its refined yet organic design to materialise a vision of a distinguished family sanctuary.
Settled into its landscape and obscured from passers-by, its landscaping and finishes have been intentionally chosen for their weathering qualities, set to create a sense of permanence within its coastal context. Outdoor spaces over indigenous gardens wrap around the strong aesthetic of the Silvertop Ash facade, relishing a seamless interplay with a light-filled, open-concept design over Wormy Chestnut floors.
Veined stone graces the buffet island of the Miele kitchen, with butler's-style spaces conceived in such a way as to be open to the social hubs of the home without imparting any sense of clutter. A travertine-edged pool and spa deck wraps around to a private deck from the secondary living space, where the main suite leads five bedrooms, including two additional ensuite bedrooms.
Poised an hour and a half from Melbourne's CBD, it's ideally situated for leisurely walks to Bridgewater Bay or Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron and foreshore, and everyday essentials and cafes at Blairgowrie Village. Additional finishes include 2x Fisher & Paykel French door refrigerators, zoned heating and refrigerated cooling, pure wool carpets, a gas log fireplace, a security alarm, double glazing, remote gates to a double garage, feature garden lighting, and remote spa/pool lighting.
