7 Sweeney Street, Black Hill, VIC 3350

The evening city views will thrill as this home sits proudly on a well elevated 612M2 allotment just north of the CBD. For the most part the home is original and has never been presented to the market. Some renovations were carried out to enhance the second living area to the rear and there are some drawings completed for further works. As you enter the home from the front balcony you will notice the wonderful gardens and the massive floor to ceiling lounge window, looking across the city to the south. The home features a gas log fireplace but also has gas central heating. There is a split system air-conditioner in the back of the home. The home has three bedrooms, each with hardwood and ornated finishes including solid dovetail draws. Two of the bedrooms have glazed bay windows which optimise lighting and regulate temperatures through the day and year. The wet areas again are mostly original but equally functional and well maintained to allow the home to be move in ready or justify adding your own style to the property. The yard to the back of the home is landscaped with ample shedding and single garage and a delightful teen-age retreat or home office separate to the house itself. Please call Tim for more details on this beautiful home.
