A rare opportunity for multiple pursuits - from a luxury country estate or boutique cattle stud to a wedding venue, macadamia enterprise or income-producing rural investment.
Welcome to Bingeebeebra, affectionately known as "Bingee", an extraordinary 104-acre rural holding where quality craftsmanship, outstanding infrastructure and remarkable versatility come together in one magnificent property.
Perched high on the hill, capturing sweeping views across rolling green countryside, this impressive estate offers a lifestyle that is becoming increasingly difficult to find. With a beautifully constructed five-bedroom homestead, extensive shedding, a working sawmill, established macadamia orchards and exceptional entertaining facilities, the possibilities here are almost endless.
The Residence Itself Is Something Special
Built to an exceptional standard, the master-built homestead combines country elegance with modern comfort. Featuring five generous bedrooms, a beautifully appointed kitchen with a 900mm stove, spacious living areas and separate downstairs living quarters, the home is perfectly suited to large families, extended family living or guest accommodation.
The master suite enjoys magnificent northern views, while the home's elevated position takes full advantage of its spectacular rural surroundings.
Step outside and discover what could be one of the property's greatest features: an expansive hardwood entertaining deck overlooking the countryside, complemented by a stunning inground swimming pool and dedicated pool house.
It's not difficult to imagine this setting hosting unforgettable weddings, family celebrations or exclusive country events, subject to the necessary approvals.
Infrastructure on a Scale Rarely Found on a Holding of This Size
Beyond the residence, Bingee offers an extraordinary collection of improvements, including approximately 1,000m² of shed space, three high-clearance machinery sheds, a substantial barn and an established sawmill.
With an existing shed lease and potential commercial opportunities associated with the sawmill, the property offers the ability to explore multiple income streams alongside an exceptional rural lifestyle.
A 20kW three-phase solar system further complements the infrastructure, helping to reduce operating costs.
104 Acres. Quality Land. Multiple Possibilities.
The property currently features approximately 7,000 macadamia trees, providing an established agricultural enterprise with potential for additional income.
Alternatively, for buyers with a passion for livestock, the fertile soils, beautiful rolling hills and manageable acreage present an exciting opportunity to transition the property into a boutique stud cattle operation or premium grazing holding.
Whether your vision is farming, business, lifestyle or a combination of all three, Bingee offers the land and infrastructure to bring it to life.
An Extraordinary Opportunity - Weddings, Eco-Tourism & Luxury Escapes
Imagine a luxury eco-retreat or breathtaking wedding destination overlooking endless rolling green hills. With easy access, spectacular private viewpoints and outstanding infrastructure, this property offers enormous potential. Think luxury cabins through operators such as Tiny Away or Unyoked, with examples from my own clients achieving over $60,000 annually per cabin at other properties.
The beautifully presented homestead and substantial shedding also create an appealing foundation for exploring a rustic wedding and reception venue, subject to council and other necessary approvals. The views, the land and the infrastructure are already here. All that's missing is someone with the vision to unlock its extraordinary potential.
