Some people say there are only two types of people that live in the City of Kalamunda.
Those that live in the Bickley Valley and those that would like to.
True beauty of course is in the eye of the beholder, but one thing is for sure, the location of this 2481sqm (approx.) block deep in the heart of the valley is absolutely brilliant.
Tightly held in the one family since the home was built in the early 1960’s, the solid double brick and tile home has stood the test of time with features including:
• Two bedrooms (huge master) – one with ceiling fan and reverse cycle air conditioning
• New kitchen & updated bathroom – both in very good order
• Open plan living area with reverse cycle air conditioning and (former) open fireplace
• Solid polished jarrah floorboards throughout
• Covered back veranda to soak up the northwestern winter sun
• 9 x 7m (approx.) garage/workshop with three phase power and new garage doors
• Crystal clear potable bore water/rainwater tank + whole house water filtration with dual filters & UV light
• Four camera surveillance system
• Solar hot water system + winter creek
Whether you renovate, extend or detonate is up to you.
You may even leave as is and use as the perfect weekender on the Bickley Valley wine trail with the wonderful Plume Estate Winery just a short stroll away and still within walking distance to Brookside Winery & The Packing Shed.
We look forward to welcoming you at the Home Open.
