A rare opportunity to secure a fully operational, licensed aquaculture facility with established income streams and outstanding future potential. Positioned to suit an owner operator, investor or lifestyle buyer, this unique property offers strong commercial foundations with existing redclaw production supplying both restaurant and wholesale markets. With approvals covering 206 aquarium exotics, native fish and crustaceans, the business is well placed to capitalise on multiple production avenues and growing demand across aquaculture sectors.
Set across a substantial holding with extensive infrastructure already in place, the property features thirteen ponds, two dams, two freshwater bores, Barron River access and a valuable 25ML water licence. A large shed with solar includes a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and holding tanks, while equipment, machinery, vehicles, operating licences, business name, intellectual property, client database, website and social media are all included in the sale. With a five hectare approved aquaculture footprint, expansion plans available, backup power via a 100kVA generator, and full training plus handover support offered, this is a turnkey opportunity with exceptional scope to scale into fingerlings, craylings or value added seafood production.
