325 Rickeys Road (East Beverley), Beverley

Ideally located around 33km's from York and 21km's from Beverley in the locality of East Beverley, your new homestead sits on an elevated position, taking in the distant views from this scenic property. Built around 1990, the home boasts 3 seperate living areas with an open plan kitchen/family meals, a formal lounge/dining and a seperate games room. In great condition, it has been freshly painted throughout and new carpet installed in the nicely sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a split system aircon, WIR and ensuite that has been stripped back and prepared, ready for the next owner to add a new bathroom in a style to their liking. Ducted evaporative aircon is throughout the home, while the main living area also has a split system aircon and slow combustion fireplace. Wrap around verandahs include carport space for 4 vehicles, 2 on each side of the home and a small patio gives you a bit more undercover area for entertaining. Bore water and rainwater are used here, with both plumbed into the home, and the property is connected to mains power. The main shed is around 9x9 metres that includes a large portion that is lined and insulated, making it a great workshop. A handy 3rd bathroom has been installed in the shed too. Another shed of around 7x6metres has been converted to a studio with a couple of small rooms and a larger room that even includes a kitchen. For Horse lovers, there is a horse shelter of around 8x5 metres, which includes a feed room and tack room. Mostly arable with small scatterings of trees and some rocky outcrops, the land suits cropping and/or livestock. An old stone well is an interesting character feature, with its construction date unknown I'd assume it would be well over a century old.
