10 Wilkinson Street, Berrima

Rich in history and timeless in its presence, Hillside is an exceptional circa 1847 stone residence extended and reimagined on over 2400sqm set within one of Berrima’s most exclusive and tightly held streets. Originating in the village’s earliest colonial era and sharing its landholding lineage with the iconic Harper’s Mansion, Hillside is a property of rare provenance and enduring significance. Original stone construction and carefully preserved architectural details speak to the craftsmanship of early Southern Highlands homes, while thoughtful evolution over time has ensured the residence remains both authentic and beautifully liveable. Generously proportioned and elegantly configured, Hillside offers 5–6 bedrooms, six ensuite bathrooms and multiple living spaces, making it ideal for refined family living, hosting celebrations or accommodating wedding parties in style. With the added benefit of proven short-term accommodation income, Hillside presents a rare opportunity to secure a landmark Berrima residence — a place to retreat, entertain and invest, all within one of the region’s most historic village settings. The tennis court could be re-instated in the front lawn, a perfect north south orientation. A truly special offering where heritage, lifestyle and legacy converge. * Land size: 2462 sqm * 5/6 Bedrooms * 7 Bathrooms * Modern kitchen * Huge living areas * Double lock up garage * Workshop * Sheds More information; call Cameron Scott 0488-105-110
