Below the main unit is a separate sunroom which can be used as a playroom or office and a lockup garage area with ample storage

Other improvements include waterproofing, drainage works and sump pump to the sub floor, fresh grout to tiles, new hot water system, electrical upgrades including a 52 inch wall mounted plasma screen tv (included in the sale if desired), additional bathroom storage unit.
