Set on a large (1058m2) block and with elevated views over the bay, river and mountain. This property offers a solid home in a very desirable location. Built in 1961 of hardwood timber sourced and cut locally, the house is in original and comfortable condition with 3 bedrooms, separate lounge room, covered front verandah and separate garage.
Stunning views to the north and east and within an easy walk of all facilities including the golf course and fishing harbour.
The land is zoned 2(b) medium density so there are plenty of options for re-development. The adjoining block is also available for purchase. A great opportunity to secure this top position in one of the prettiest towns on the coast.
