2 Cedar Street, Bendalong NSW 2539

Relocated to the current site from the Bendalong Headland (now the caravan park) in the 1950s - the original cottage built in the 1870s, has been a topic of conversation amongst locals and visitors alike for decades, for its historical significance to the area. This two bedroom weatherboard cottage with a tin roof, has been held by the one family for three generations and was once the schoolmasters cottage. It has been lovingly cared for and maintained and has afforded the current owners many unforgettable beachside holidays to create lasting memories as it is just a stones throw from Washerwomans and Inyadda Beaches. The lounge room is the centrepiece with a sunroom to relax and read, along with two bedrooms. The kitchen (with only a cold water at sink) and bathroom with internal shower and toilet were additions over the years. The laundry is located to the rear of the home allowing easy access to the partially fenced yard. There is an outdoor shower to easily rinse off after a day at the beach. In the north west corner is a undercover patio and at the rear is another deck to enjoy the sun. The block is a generous 734sqm and also has a large single car garage in original condition, and plenty of off street parking. There are many beaches and a cafe with an easy walk of the property and tennis and basket ball courts, skate park and soccer field at Manyana.
