Light-filled and generously proportioned, the home offers five spacious bedrooms, including a substantial master suite with an adjoining bathroom. Three bedrooms feature built-in robes, while the thoughtful two-level layout provides flexibility for growing families, guests or those seeking additional living space. A family bathroom services the remaining ground-floor bedrooms, with a further bathroom on the lower ground level, where two additional bedrooms are complemented by a separate living area with direct access outdoors.
The main living level is designed to make the most of its beautiful surrounds, with a generous kitchen and meals area forming the heart of the home. Timber benchtops, a 900mm induction cooktop, oven and walk-in pantry combine practicality with a warm, country-inspired feel. The adjoining formal dining and living area flows through to a separate sitting room, creating multiple spaces for family gatherings, quiet relaxation and entertaining. Timber floorboards and elevated ceilings enhance the home’s sense of warmth and space, while a wood heater and three split-system units provide comfort throughout the seasons.
Extending the living spaces outdoors, a fantastic deck provides the perfect vantage point to take in the sweeping valley outlook, whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee, entertaining family and friends or simply appreciating the peaceful surrounds. Beyond the home, the gently undulating acreage offers room for children to explore, space to enjoy the outdoors and the freedom of a rural setting, all within easy reach of the coast.
Practical features further enhance the appeal, including substantial under-house storage, a large dam and an approximately 40,000-litre underground water tank. Combining generous accommodation, inviting living spaces and a beautiful acreage setting in one of Bellbrae’s most desirable locations, this charming homestead presents an opportunity to enjoy a relaxed country lifestyle without sacrificing the convenience of nearby coastal amenities.
