Tucked away in Kangaroo Valley's most coveted and private pocket, this rare 59-hectare (146-acre) estate reveals itself as you emerge from the forest at the top of Bunkers Hill Road, where the sandstone escarpment sweeps into view and stops you in your tracks.
Rolling green pastures give way to patches of lush rainforest, all framed by 270-degree escarpment views. More than a kilometre of Barrengarry Creek frontage brings a string of natural swimming holes, and after dark the property's own glowworm colony lights up the night.
Keep it as a private escape for family and friends, or build on the thriving accommodation business already in place. With fertile soil, reliable rainfall, spring-fed dams and the ability to pump creek water across the property, the land is equally ready for a wide range of farming ventures.
Despite feeling a world away, 'Jingella Estate' is just 10 minutes by sealed road from the village cafes, restaurants and golf course. Sydney CBD is under two hours away and Canberra just over two. The beach is 45 minutes by car, while Berry, Nowra, Bowral and Moss Vale, with their shops, dining and well-regarded Southern Highlands schools, are all within 30 minutes.
