Classic stone and brick building built in 1872 on a pretty treed setting of 6070sqm approximately. Ideal weekend retreat or opportunity to create a unique home. The building features an open fireplace, small gothic windows, baltic pine ceilings and timber floors with basic kitchen facilities including gas cooking and hot water service, and rudimentary bathroom facilities. Infrastructure improvements are required, including an upgrade to the solar system and toilet facilities. Stone walling features throughout the grounds are complemented by established fruit trees, stands of eucalypts and the ubiquitous shading pine tree. External improvements include 4 x 5.6m steel garage/workshop, water tanks and pump.
