This beautifully appointed home is one of three houses in this small development set against the rural backdrop of the mountains. The home has been built with quality and light as the dominating features. Stunning Blackbutt floors compliment the spacious living areas overlooking the garden and creek. Upstairs there are three very large bedrooms, with the master air-conditioned bedroom having its own full bathroom with free standing bath, built-in robes and balcony over looking the neighbouring paddocks and creek. The further two queen rooms have built-ins and there is plenty of additional storage cupboards for linen. The main bathroom also has a free standing bath and stunning Italian tiles compliment the style of this beautiful home. A large double garage features with internal access and there is a downstairs powder room. Fully fenced gardens, and a short stroll to the park and a bike ride to the town centre.
