Here's your chance to take over a much-loved, well-established swimwear store that's been serving happy customers for 15 years in a vibrant, affluent suburb south of the river.
Shekki Swimwear has carved out a strong niche in the local market, with many loyal customers who travel out of their way just to shop here-drawn by the wide range of high-quality swimwear and the friendly, personal service that's become its trademark. The journey began in Broome back in 2005. From there, the business grew, opening in Perth in 2009 and eventually relocating to its current, larger location in 2015. Today, this is the one and only store-and it's thriving. Everything's in place for a smooth handover: a beautifully presented shop, fully equipped with all the necessary gear and POS systems. It's ready for someone new to step in and start trading from day one.
The store is ideally located on a busy highway, with more than 36,000 vehicles passing by every day (2024/25 figures). It's surrounded by other popular retail businesses that help attract steady foot traffic. There's also the bonus of free parking for both customers and staff, and the signage is already eye-catching and well-positioned for maximum exposure.
What makes this business special:
• 20-year history with a loyal customer base
• Prime, high-visibility location with heavy passing traffic
• Fully set up and ready to run with staff and systems in place
• Beautiful fit-out and a well-known, respected brand
The current owners are looking to retire, and they're hoping to pass the store on to someone who'll love it as much as they have. Opportunities like this don't come around often-especially one with such a strong foundation and loyal following.
If you've been dreaming of running your own boutique business, this could be the perfect fit.
