An original beauty brimming with promise & potential, this classic brick Californian bungalow has been cherished by only two families since it was built early last century. Now ready for its next custodians and ripe for a modern makeover, it features three large bedrooms (one with open fireplace), a spacious lounge, dining room, functional kitchen with access to a fabulous wine cellar plus central bathroom. Situated on approx. 631sqm with plenty of room for a rear extension if desired (subject to council approval), there is also a laundry & separate WC and double garage while families will love the established gardens with flourishing orange, lemon and grapefruit trees. Retain the home’s original façade and reinvigorate the interiors with a contemporary design that is well suited to modern family living – maybe even put in a pool for endless summer enjoyment (also STCA).
This beautiful, leafy locale is close to Gardiners Creek & parklands, the M1, trains and bus stops – it is also within easy reach of elite private schooling options and High Street’s many retail & dining attractions.
