When have you ever seen something like this available for rent?! When we first saw this house, we were blown away. I didn't even know something like this existed so close to the water! A sizable charming character home with history dating back over 6 decades. When you walk in you can just feel this home has soul. As we toured the home, we could imagine the affluent parties of the bygone horse racing era. there is a whole room built for such gatherings with wooden "dance" floor, high ceilings and some of the most enviable views across the river. She is a little old and past her prime, but still classy and impressive. The owners have allocated 1000sqm of the 3700sqm+ block for your own private enjoyment. Contact Jonathan or Rachael for more information and a private viewing of this unique property.
