16 Bennison Street, Ascot QLD 4007

Loaded with potential this one level cavity brick post war residence is located in one of Ascot’s finest tree lined streets. The large 787m2 allotment is elevated and has a perfect north east aspect and offers a number of exciting options for any astute purchaser. The existing home is presently tenanted on a periodic lease and would lend itself to either renovation, further extensions including a second level, or entire demolition (Subject to BCC Application).
