Ascend the front steps onto the front balcony offering the perfect place to relax and entertain. The wide hallway leads you into the heart of the home while the high ceilings create beautiful light and airflow. The living room is located at the back of the layout beside the modern kitchen with a wall of storage, gas cooktop, electric oven, and dishwasher. The dining room with space for the large dining table is located to the side of the kitchen. Add a deck to the back and create the perfect indoor-outdoor living if needed. With three, good sized bedrooms on offer all with ceiling fans. The main bedroom will accommodate a king bed and study area if needed with the second bedroom connecting via French doors to the front balcony. The bathroom has a separate claw foot bath and corner shower. The dining room could easily become a 4th bedroom or study if needed for the growing family. The opportunity exits to move into the home and enjoy as is; others might raise or extend the home to increase the floorplan; or explore the development potential (Subject to Council Approval). The large backyard for families will be the real bonus with ample room to add a pool while still having a great backyard for everyone to enjoy. Under the house you will find the laundry, garaging for two cars, room for a workshop and storage. You could easily park the caravan or extra work vehicles off street and at the side of the home.
