6 Serenity Grove, Ambergate

Set on 5,054m2 and surrounded by beautiful homes and large blocks. Only approximately 10 minutes from town, schools, the beach and a 5 minute drive to the Golf club. This 12 metre x 12 metre barn style shed has been partly converted to a shire approved granny flat with potential to build a large home with no rent to pay whilst building. There is still plenty of room to store a boat, caravan and toys with extra high roller doors. As well as town water there is a 45,000L water tank to water the established plants and fruit trees. The lot is fully fenced and has a bio sewerage system. If you are looking for the quiet life in a rural area then this is the one.
