9 Pengilly Road, Aldinga Beach, SA, 5173

Held and cherished by the same family for over 55 years, this original bessa block beach shack is a rare coastal offering filled with warmth, memories and opportunity. Set on a generous corner allotment of approximately 692sqm, the property enjoys a peaceful outlook across the John Nicholl Reserve and a highly desirable location within easy walking distance to both Aldinga Beach and the Aldinga Conservation Scrub (Wangkuntilla). The owners are sad to part with their much-loved beach retreat, but it now presents an exciting opportunity for the next custodian—whether to enjoy as a classic seaside getaway, renovate and refresh, or explore future development potential (STCC). Inside, the shack offers a relaxed and functional layout featuring three bedrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, ideal for easy coastal living. A shower room and separate toilet add practicality, while comfort is enhanced by two wall mounted air conditioning units and ceiling fans throughout. Step outside to an undercover entertaining area overlooking the back garden—perfect for summer barbecues after a day at the beach—along with a shed for storing boards, bikes and holiday essentials. With its enviable position, generous land size and undeniable charm, this is a property rich in character and future potential in one of Aldinga Beach's most sought after pockets.
