Auction - Sat, 25 July 11:00AM On the edge of Albert Park Village, this architecturally transformed Victorian occupies one of the suburb's most coveted addresses, retaining its timeless period character whilst simultaneously revealing a contemporary transformation centred on peaceful, turnkey indoor-outdoor living. Behind its classic façade, an elegant arched hallway reflects the original beauty before the floor plan opens into an expansive living and dining domain at the rear. A gas fireplace and an overhead skylight create an inviting focal point, while bi-fold doors extend the entire space onto a private decked courtyard framed by established greenery and gated rear access. Rounding out an outstanding setting for entertaining, the designer kitchen continues the streamlined aesthetics, appointed with sleek stone benches, a 900mm Smeg oven and dishwasher, generous pantry storage and extensive custom cabinetry. A beautifully appointed ground-floor bedroom features brand-new loop-pile carpet, a wall of built-in robes, a custom bedhead with integrated stone drawer storage, and is served by a skylit bathroom with excellent storage. Above, a skylit landing leads to two further bedrooms with built-in robes, each opening onto private roof terraces via sliding doors, including one with city views, and a second skylit bathroom with a shower over bath. Complete with engineered oak floors, hydronic heating, reverse cycle heating and cooling, an indoor-outdoor sound system, a wealth of integrated storage, and a European laundry, it sits in a first-class pocket between the village, Albert Park Lake and the beach, with Albert Park College and Primary School within a short stroll, and the ease of South Melbourne Market and city-bound transport, including the #1 and #96 trams, close at hand.
