Set on 1.5 hectares, this private off-grid retreat sits just 8 minutes from Agnes Water and 15 minutes from Seventeen Seventy, surrounded by peaceful bushland, native wildlife and long views. The elevated tiny structure features decks on both the eastern and western sides, allowing you to enjoy cool mornings and glowing afternoon sunsets. A separate shack includes its own western deck, giving you another quiet spot to unwind above the gardens and natural landscape.
Walkways connect throughout the property, guiding you through established gardens, grassed areas, native bush that rises toward Round Hill, and pockets of shade created by palms, cycads and eucalypts. A dam with a small dock adds a charming touch, alongside a creek crossing with a timber bridge. Wildlife is abundant-kookaburras, kangaroos, rock wallabies, goannas, echidnas and red-tailed black cockatoos are regular visitors.
A cleared and level site provides an ideal position for a future house, with additional room available for sheds, cabins or other projects. Telstra reception is available, Starlink is ideal, and access is easy with 2WD-friendly conditions.
The off-grid infrastructure is well considered with composting toilets, gas and electric cooking options, tank water, an automatic back-up generator, and a substantial solar system with 20 solar panels providing reliable power. Extras include a 3-bay shed, two garden sheds, room for chickens, and a roundabout driveway.
The gardens are a standout-pineapples, monstera deliciosa, foxtail palms, golden canes, succulents, aloe species, hanging fern baskets, lomandras, cycads, clumping bamboo, mother-in-law's tongue, young eucalypts and more. Vegetable beds and patches are prepped and ready to grow. An incredible hobby block with endless potential.
