Set in a quiet cul-de-sac amongst other well-maintained home this could be the perfect 1st Home or Investment option. While originally designed as a 3 bedroom home the current owners have adjusted the floor plan to make a super-sized master bedroom complete with air-con, ceiling fan, walk thru robe and direct access to the convenient 3-way bathroom. Bed 2 is also of good size and has a large built-in robe. At the center of the home is the solid wood kitchen with enough cupboards and draws that storage will never be an issue. It also features stainless steel dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric under bench oven and a good amount of bench space. The L-shaped lounge and dine make good use of the space and the additional family area adjacent the kitchen will provide a separate space for the kids. This overlooks the gabled all weather entertaining area and easy-care lush garden the perfect place to entertain family and friends this summer. The remote entry carport is under the main roof (which could easily be extended into a double) and provides direct access the large garden shed. While this one would benefit from a little updating and a coat of paint, it certainly has a lot of potential and just waiting for the right new owner to make mark and make it their own. Other things we love - *Instant Gas Hot water *Multiple linen closets *Good-sized laundry *Handy location close to the Hub, Transport and schools *2 split systems for year-round comfort *Solar System
