‘The Loft’ residences will be located at 17-21 Loftus Street, Wollongong. The development will include 47 apartments (spanning one, two and three bedrooms) and two commercial spaces. One-bedroom apartments will start from $450,000, two-bedrooms from $600,000 and three-bedrooms from $715,000. The expansive rooftop area is also designed as a social space with its barbecues, seating, conversation areas and a small play area for the kids. Sydney-based company Wonderfield Properties are the project’s developer, while interior designers Katon McGrath have shaped the apartments.
